Neighbor 2 Neighbor is currently hiring employees for the upcoming winter season from November 15 until March 15 to work the overnight shift at the Pendleton Warming Station. Duties include monitoring the station, working with guests, laundry and cleaning. Employees must commit to the mission of N2N.
Employee Requirements
- Applicants must complete an application form
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- Applicants must pass a background check
- Applicants must complete basic N2N staff training

- Staff should be good communicators
- Staff should care about others
- Staff should be assertive but not agressive
- Staff should be tolerant
Our Background Requirements
Applicants must not have been convicted of any felony or serious misdemeanor crimes to be automatically accepted for consideration.
